أسباب متعلقة بحامل البطاقة
| Code | Description | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Refer to card issuer | The cardholder must contact their bank for authorisation. |
| 04 | Pick-up card | The card was reported lost or stolen. |
| 05 | Do not honor | The issuer declined for an unspecified reason. |
| 41 | Lost card | Reject the transaction; the card is reported lost. |
| 43 | Stolen card | Reject the transaction; the card is reported stolen. |
| 51 | Insufficient funds | The account balance is inadequate. |
| 54 | Expired card | The card is past its expiry date. |
| 57 | Transaction not permitted | The card is not enabled for this transaction type. |
| 61 | Exceeds withdrawal limit | The amount exceeds the cardholder limit. |

| 12 | Invalid transaction | The request is malformed or unsupported. |
| 13 | Invalid amount | The amount format or value is not accepted. |
| 14 | Invalid card number | The PAN failed validation. |
| 30 | Format error | A required field is missing or badly formatted. |
| 91 | Issuer unavailable | The issuing bank could not be reached — retry later. |
| 96 | System malfunction | A processing error occurred — retry the transaction. |
